Chat Daddy is also known for his former position as the Entertainment, Nightlife, & Travel Columnist for the Chicago Defender. He was also the brainchild behind "Dear Chat Daddy" his relationship advice column and the travel expert for Desirable Destinations Travel Show, which was heard on WVON 1690 AM. Chat Daddy was able to travel the globe from Asia to the Middle East in search of finding African culture experiences.

Chat Daddy's love for all communities pushed him to create another safe place for people to feel comfortable to speak freely and talk through possible solutions. He was the founder and host of "The Real Deal Relationship Chats" which was an engaging, informative, down-to-earth relationship forum that existed for 10 years plus! His chats touched on real issues, especially those concerning African-American relationships.
